These guys are awesome! I brought my Lenovo laptop in that would power on, but the screen would not. I had called Lenovo previous to bringing it into MCS, but their support rep could not figure out what was wrong, even after walking me through some trouble shooting steps. George at MCS had it for about 30 minutes before he figured out it had just got glitched during a software update and somehow he got the screen to come on. Since he didn’t have to run diagnostics to figure out the problem he only charged me for the short amount of time it took him to figure out the issue, $30. I was really impressed with his skill, honesty and generosity in charging me such a nominal fee. I would highly recommend George and MCS for all your computer repair needs!

MCS has been our IT technical connection for the last year and have surpassed our expectations. We have a small law firm in Salem and Woodburn and their expertise has been valuable in helping us to smoothly operate. We can’t afford a full-time tech person, so their techs have stepped in whenever we have needed help, and they have all been very pleasant and helpful. They do a great service and it is well worth the expense, especially in this current tech world with all the hacking and dangers lurking out there. I would recommend them 100%.

We had two different desktop machines with problems (they were nearly identical and both overhearing and shutting down unexpectedly).
