Terrible experience I was charged $350 for a premium screen, and I was told by the lady it would work like an original Apple screen. I had it changed, and my phone completely got messed up after it glitched and overheated, and it got ruined completely. I had to get a new phone because the fix was equivalent to a brand new phone, and they don’t give refunds if they mess up your phone. They also changed my screen numerous times because their premium screens were default, and that caused my phone to completely crash. I went and spoke to an Apple technician, who said they would have charge me $300 for an original Apple screen. Just don’t waste your time and money and go to the Apple Store, and they will give you something original and not fake. Overall, the customer service is nice here, but that doesn’t make up for my phone. Also at the end of your transaction they add for a review right away obviously that’s why they have such a high rating. Because your phone will work for a week or two and then you have to go back to get it fixed

My phone wouldn’t turn on, so T Mobile referred me to my cellphone repairs. James was very helpful. He did a diagnostic test and checked my battery. He had to totally disconnect my battery and reconnect. It worked after James performed this test. I would recommend going to James with any cell phone issues before giving up on your phone. He was awesome and it only took about 20 minutes.

Tried going to geek squad to get my Nintendo switch fixed because it wouldn’t turn on. They said they couldn’t do it without wiping my save data but they recommended I bring it here and now it works just fine. I would’ve liked some more updates such as when they thought it would be done but within a week and a half my system was fixed and I spent less than I was expecting to!
