I recommend this place if you like discontinued Bath & Body Works or Victoria Secret. If you have a broken ZFlip, the older lady will tell you that “we don’t do flip phones. They are too old. ” The younger man that’s their “expert” comes out and admires the ZFlip and informs the lady that the “old flip phone” is worth $1k+. The look on her face was hilarious! If you have a broken phone, and the older lady is there, wait until she stops griping about the “slackers she not going to have working there much longer” and ask for the younger man. The lady has no idea what she is even looking at. But like I said in the beginning, if you like discontinued Bath and Body Works, this is the place.

Called the store a day early asked them if they had a battery and if they could do it they said yes and have a time frame witch was 8:30 to 11 made it there at 9 the guy working didn’t know how to do his job told us to come back when the other employee gets there so we come back a half hour later and they still couldn’t do anything so not only did they waste my time but also my gas coming from Dexter. Rude customer service and I will never be back!

Tttok phone in fro a replacement battery. When I got phone back it would just shut off and come back on constantly. Was accused of getting it wet. Kelly was very rude to me accusing me of things. Refused to give me a refund. Don’t go there for repairs
