I had a desktop with a bad CPU cooling unit. Found it to be a know issue with the computer I had.
I didn’t know about My Technology Specialist until I called them around Noon on Monday. I explained the situation and Greg said he could help. They just needed to order the part. Greg calls me Tuesday morning and says bring in your machine.
At 11:30 that same day (23 hours after first contact) I pick up my desktop with a new cooler that is working great!
It is so valuable to have a local place that you can trust like this. Thank you Greg!
