I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism from Rob. I am so glad I found him on google to repair the cracked screen on my Lenovo laptop. This is a laptop that I attempted to repair about 2 years ago at U Break I Fix, but they couldn’t figure out how to properly repair it. They made the process so difficult, i decided to store it and just keep it with a cracked screen.

After deciding to try again at getting it repaired, I found Rob on google, who thoroughly evaluated the laptop, found all the parts that were defective, and even had to re-correct a few additional items that were ruined by U Break I Fix during their attempt. Rob completely repaired all of the items that were defective with the computer in a very reasonable time. It looks like a brand new. Kudos to Rob!! I know where to return if I ever have any issues on any of my devices.

The owner at this place was great. He responded to my inquiry very quickly, and did so with all subsequent communication. He only needed a few pics to give a quote and it came quickly. A tad more expensive than competitors, but worth the customer experience. At one point his supplier provided the wrong part, and he contacted me quickly, rescheduled, and all was well. He is polite and kind. In case you are wondering, yes his establishment is run out of his house. Good repair. My laptop casing had a serious deformity from being dropped btw. Got it done. Good as new.

Like others, I brought Rob my water damaged laptop (iced coffee on a 6 month old laptop!) My outcome was not as successful as others, as when he opened it up, he discovered the motherboard and other key components were totally fried. So I”m giving him 5 stars for professionalism! He was honest with me that the cost of parts/repair would be more than replacing the laptop, and very helpful when I visited his office. Quick with feedback.
