I know a little bit about computers, so when I have a minor issue, I can usually take care of it myself. My PC started having issues and after trying for too long to solve them myself, I realized that they were well above my pay grade and it was time to call in a pro. Based on nothing but the rating and reviews, I contacted Nano’s Computer Repair and spoke with Gerson, the owner, and I’m glad that I did. He listened to the history of the issues that I was having and started giving me recommendations even before I retained his services. In fact, this went on for a day or two before I actually scheduled an appointment with him. The short version is that he was able to fix the problems at a reasonable price and on top of that, my PC is running faster than it ever has (and it’s an older one). Thanks, Gerson! I can’t recommend his services highly enough.

Dropped off a laptop at 11:30, it was ready to pickup before 2:00. Gerson was very thorough explaining the connection error and showed me how to prevent it from happening again. He is really super nice and charges a very fair price. You can trust him with your computers.
