They are very honest. At first they gave me a higher quote for my work order (wipe my computer clean and reinstall windows). The manager later followed with a confirmation call about the order. He asked me what exactly I wanted done. After hearing, he dropped the price from the initial quote. He could have kept the initial quote if he was greedy. They did a good job on my PC. They were great with communications. Would recommend it to others.
Nano Systems was professional and quick I was only without my laptop for 1 day. The help was professional and kind. They fixeded my 5 yr old laptop with ease and even though the laptop might’ve been outdated as far as computers go I didn’t want to buy a new laptop. I would highly recommend their services.
Started a text message when my motherboard blew out, and was met with excellent service, terrific communication, and an extremely fair price. They went the extra mile with post-service support as well. This will be my place for computer repairs going forward.
