Update: Second visit. Nate helped me out again and again his work is top notch and prompt. He always takes care of his customers – his work is prompt and his communication is great. His prices are affordable in a world where everything else isn’t, and he over-delivers. There is simply no better IT guy in Kansas City than Nate.

First visit:
Nate is an awesome business man and technician – as well as a super friendly guy. For the services I needed Microcenter wanted more than three times the amount Nate charged, and told me I had to wait 5-7 days before they could even look at it. Nate had my stuff taken care of same day. A good local businessman and clearly a master at his trade. He’s got my business from now on.

Let me start by saying Nate is super honest. He gave me a quote over the phone that I already thought was reasonable . Less than an hour later I get a call that its ready to be picked up,I went to pay and the price was $30 cheaper than the quote. Nate tells me that my computer already had 1 stick of the correct RAM so he only had to install one more and not two. I was so happy that 30 mins after I got home I decided to have Nate do some more upgrades for me .

I took my PC here after months of intermittent issues with crashing and booting. After troubleshooting everything I could think of I finally decided to have a pro look at it. Return times basically anywhere we’re at least 3 weeks. Nate identified and solve the issue within 30 minutes. I know going forward I will only use this shop for any of my computer needs. All in all, great service, great turn around, and extremely affordable rates. Thanks again Nate!
