I had a horrible overall experience. The back glass on my iPhone 13 Pro Max was cracked. I called them and they picked up the phone and said it would be ready in a day or so. When I got the phone back, the flashlight wasn’t working, so I had to call them to come fix it, which took a few more days of playing phone tag to get it to happen. Once they finally came to fix the flashlight, it didn’t seem like the same person that repaired the back glass. Once I got the phone back it wouldn’t connect to cell towers at all. I rebooted the phone and then it wouldn’t let me in at all. I spent so many hours and so much money trying to fix the phone and they just gave me more problems. So before them I had broken glass and a working phone, now all I have is a broken -unusable phone, I’m out $180, and I have to buy another phone which will cost even more money. When I tried to contact them about it, they never answered. Maybe other people have had good experiences but I have not.

Safe, Professional and outstanding results. I highly recommend them for any smartphone and/or tablet repair. I will say, ensure that your device is repairable and not total loss status. They repair – but not magicians. As long as your device has some life in it, they will Frankenstein it and have you saying ITS ALLIVE. Hard to find good service these days and they delivered.

Honestly, their repair service was so GREAT. My iPhone 11 pro screen was damaged and I called them. Surprisingly, 45 minutes from my call and I’m holding my fixed iPhone. They showed up so fast and they are so professional. Also, the screen quality is almost as original. I also had to replace my screen 6 months ago and I can say the new screen is MUCH better than the previous one. Thank you guys and keep up the great service
