Great experience with NerdsToGo. Had a liquid spill on my laptop and gave them a call. Alec answered and gave great advice as to how to proceed to maximize my chances of saving the computer. A few days later I stopped by and spoke with Alec again to make sure I was taking the correct steps to prevent corrosion before continuing to use the computer. He took the time to explain the risks, and once again gave solid advice on how to get everything cleaned up, without charging me. Based on Alec’s excellent customer service, NerdsToGo will be my go to for any computer repair in the future.
