Called and then came into this great shop. Steve helped me both over the phone and when I came in. He checked out my laptop and quickly found my battery needed replacing. Unfortunately, I couldn’t stay in town long enough to have him replace it. The next day he took the old battery out so I could board a flight safely. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I just walked in and he gave my issue his full attention. He explained everything in detail and what he could do to fix it. Then charged me nothing. NetTech provides great service by quality people who value good business….even when they don’t charge a penny. Go here for your computer needs! You won’t regret it.

Had an older Dell workstation stop working on us. This was a critical engineering workstation for an entire plant’s QCS/DCS operations. They fixed it right up, motherboard, power supply board and successfully transferred the raid and contents from the old spinners to new SSD’s. Perfect boot up, like it never missed a beat.
