Have not been here personally. I called today and spoke to Dave about getting my Xbox repaired. We talked for about 10 minutes, and Dave informed me right over the phone what the problem was, and that there would not be a way to fix it. Very professional and friendly the whole time. The honesty was greatly appreciated as well. Just on the short conversation i had, I would recommend this place due to the outstanding customer service.
My laptop wasn’t turning on so I took it to Best Buy and they told me there was nothing they could do and tried to sell me a brand new laptop. Stumbled upon New Adventure and within a couple of days of dropping my laptop off they got my laptop up and running and saved me hundreds of dollars. HIGHLY recommend this place!!!
Admitting defeat, I brought my computer here for repair. They were very nice, offered different options for rates and speediness of repair. I chose the middle offering, had my computer back in three days working like the day it was new. I will bring it back if I run into anything in the future that’s for sure.
