Amazing service! Andy is so nice and brilliant. He worked very quickly. I dumped a massive cup of water onto my laptop and it wouldn’t turn back on or charge. I took it to Andy over 2 days later (which is way longer than I should’ve waited). I gave it to him around 1pm, and he had it back to me before 7pm, all fixed! The Apple store Genius desk just told me there was a ton of corrosion inside my laptop, gave me a card to send the laptop somewhere for data recovery and then advised me to buy a new computer.

Andy was amazing! He saved me so much money. My MacBook Pro wasn’t charging, and I thought I had to buy a new battery. However, he discovered that the charger cable wasn’t working. He didn’t charge me anything for the service. In contrast, another place tried to charge me $65 just for running the diagnostic, even though I had told them it was just the battery issue. Eventually, I will need to get a new battery, but I’ll definitely be going back to New World Mac for their exceptional service.
