I have successfully used a handful of IT providers when living in South Florida and haven’t found anyone qualified people, companies or otherwise since moving to Fleming Island 7 years ago. I searched and found Don right here on Fleming Island. He is a true professional and had an exceptional experience with him that I was hoping to have. I recently turned on my desktop computer and new I had a major problem with my hard drive. My data was compromised and at risk of loosing even though I had an unproven backup. Don was able to extract all my data to a new hard drive. The whole experience was painless including his cost and an amazing turn around time. Needed to transfer everything from my laptop and a desktop to a new laptop…. After breaking the hard drive holder in my older laptop, he did get the laptop to laptop sorta kinda done, the desktop transfer APPEARED to transfer but in fact, only some application programming pieces moved NONE of the actual data or documents transferred. Sadly my new laptop is now filled with tech data that I don’t even know what it’s for and am afraid to delete. And my old laptop has a broken hard drive holder. The desktop data that I actually need cannot be found on the new laptop. Looks like I’m gonna have to restart everything from scratch and hope I don’t lose anything in the process. Very disappointing.

I just had my laptop repaired by Don (Nexgen PC Sevices). Without getting too involved the symptoms pointed to either a motherboard or CPU (both are serious). Don checked it out and discovered the motherboard was bad. It’s an older Dell XPS laptop and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on it. Don took it upon himself to find a used motherboard on EBay from a seller in Florida. He ordered and installed it in less than a week. His rate was very reasonable versus a new XPS laptop which currently run around $2,000. I’m very happy with his work. I’ll definitely use his services in the future.
