Updated 2023: My laptop screen cracked, along with other issues, and I took it in; they were as helpful as last time and didn’t charge to do a quick evaluation and were transparent about the cost to fix. They also suggested some similar laptop models when I asked and didn’t try to upsell/peer pressure me into buying/making a decision right away, which I greatly appreciate! Will return and recommend if I need to <3 ----- Needed a hard drive reinstallation and it took less than thirty minutes! The staff was very kind, and were upfront about the price and procedure.

Called to let me know laptop was fixed. Cool. They close at 6pm. I drove from Long Beach and rolled up at 5pm. They’re closed. No note saying it was an emergency and no answer after calling them multiple times. I needed it for school after waiting a long time. Not cool. What’s the point of having hours if you don’t follow them?
