Repaired my cracked iphone screen in 45 minutes. My wife thought her screen was cracked and forgot she had a screen protector on it. The guys at Novato Wireless & Repair pointed out that it was only her screen protector that was cracked and we purchased a new screen protector that they quickly installed for us. Great service, friendly and fast!
My experience today with the store manager has been incredible! Kevin helped me in a really tough situation with my iPad Pro after being evacuated due to fire in Tahoe. He didn’t have to go above and beyond but he did and during this stressful time in my life he added some joy!! Thank you!!! Awesome service.
