I went to Don when my Surface Pro started acting up. Unfortunately, due to the nature of how Surface Pros are built, there was no solution to the problem. However, Don was kind enough to take a detailed look at all possible solutions. Upon discovering that there would be no solution to my particular issue, he was kind enough not to charge me for his time. Additionally, he took the time to answer my questions about what to look for when purchasing a new Laptop. I would recommend anyone to North Texas PC rx.

Found Don online 2 years ago and he fixed my computer so that it was running better than when I bought it. Yesterday I couldn’t get into my computer because Windows locked me out. Today I called Don for help and he helped my get back into my computer. I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful. The only person I will call to work on my computers. He has very reasonable pricing. Call him you won’t regret it!!

Don was exceptional in his work & communication throughout the repair process! I found him through Google and he was able to take my laptop for a keyboard replacement within the day. The part I had ordered was faulty, so after Don’s initial work, he had me exchange my part for another one and then reassembled my laptop by the next day. He was extremely helpful for a college student & my laptop is in great condition.
