My experience with Nuview was amazing. When I called and talked to Arnold, he was so polite and informative. My TV was too heavy to bring in, so he came to me. The service call was minimal compared to other shops. He diagnosed the problem and took the TV back to the shop to see how reasonable it could be fixed. In the meantime, he hooked up my other TV so I could watch in my bedroom. Thank you, Arnold for your expertise and help (way beyond what was expected).
I had a 9 year old Samsung flat screen that was working great…until yesterday when it started jumping into channel scan mode at random and simultaneously disabling the remote. I called the place where I bought it and they could not send a repair person to my house for 2 weeks. I called Arnold at Nuview based on the reviews I read here. He came over the same day, and fixed it in about 15 min. Great customer service.
