Eine Katastrophe vom Laden. Ich habe den Internet Vertrag gemacht, aber die haben mir mir noch einen falschen Vertrag im System gemacht. Neben die Rechnungen fur das Internet, kriege ich auch die Rechnungen von Blau was ich uberhaupt nicht unterschrieben. habe. Ich war 5 Mal im Laden, aber die Mitarbeiter wissen nichts und konnen nichts. Sehr unprofessionell.

DO NOT sign anything with this company. They made me a false contract and now they cannot find a solution for it, although I was there more than 5 times. Very, very unprofessional and not competent. If you have a question, they will not know how to answer. ”Ehm, hm, umm” – these are the answers you can expect. Or they will say: ” You should talk to the colleague who made you this contract”. You can also expect that they talk on the phone while you’re waiting. I DO NOT recommend it and I’ll quit my internet contract as soon as possible.

Man wird Nicht ubern Tisch gezogen, sondern ehrlich BERATEN!
Ich werde nur noch in diesen Shop gehen.
