Great place to take your mac and pc problems to. My office hard drive crashed and they were very helpful in the recovery process.

We are actually close by to their shop, however the nice gentleman “Paul” explained several options we had to deal with. A) Recovery takes approx 24-72 hours for basic data recovery. B) Deep data recovery will take about 7- 21 days. Luckily it was just a software issue on my own pc. I called other places that was moving towards deep data recovery.

BEWARE- I was searching to get some RAM installed in my Mac. Some guy answers the phone and tells me that the location that is listed is being fumigated. I actually work in the same building and know that it’s not being fumigated and then call the owner of the building to confirm and he tells me that this guy has been scamming people for years and won’t release the Crown Calley address. He told me he is working at 30100 Towne Center, Laguna Niguel out of a mail center.
