I had a mess of a situation with my old computer and transferring data to the new one I had purchased. OGeeks was conscientious and communicated throughout the process of resolving my issues. My new computer is up and running, and I was able to quickly get back to work. OGeeks was affordable and delivered.
I took my galaxy thinking it couldn’t be fixed but the owner was able to get it fixed within the hour. Very thankful they are open on a Sunday and are willing to help the customer! I will only do repairs here. Highly recommended. Owner is very smart and kind.
Called them to ask if they did a specific laptop screen replacement; the person who answered turned off on me when I asked if they did the laptop screen replacements. I called back twice and they let it ring and did not answer. Shocked.
