They repaired the cracked camera glass on my iPhone 14 Pro extremely quickly, although they charge about four times more for the same service than some other small businesses in the area.

Also, I noticed that after the repair my phone camera was no longer able to focus, I noticed this because I frequently use apps to scan bar codes for discounts, something I was able to do even with a cracked lens.

I called them to see what the warranty covered and also asked about a discount or refund since the repair essentially broke a different part of my phone. They said they would be happy schedule another service (at full cost), but refused to acknowledge any possibility that it was their repair that could have broken the phone.

Now, I will be trading my phone in since the cost of the NEW damage is equal to the value of my phone. I thought that by paying more than other businesses I would be receiving better customer service. Unfortunately this was not the case for me. In my case, I would have been better off with a cheaper repair from a different vendor.

I’m so grateful for this place on how fast and efficient they were with fixing my cracked screen. The price was very reasonable, considering they came to where I live and had my cracked screen fixed within 30 min.

No dropping my phone off and playing the guessing game on when it would be fixed. They simply knocked on my door and handed me my fresh phone once it was done!

Absolutely impressed by this business. Juan came out on a same day request. When I had a question about an issue with the screen he immediately responded without hesitation. I gotta say big insurance and other repair shops gotta watch out for these type of quick, effective, actually put the customer first type of services. Exceeded my expectations. Worth every penny.
