I’m so happy I went to Oops Mobile for my issue. I was having battery problems w/ my iPhone 8, I called Apple to see if they could fix it but the told me I had to wipe the phone of all its data (which I needed). Went to Paul and he immediately asked me the issue diagnosed it and within 15 mins my phone was on!! He then took the next 30-40 mins to help me transfer all my info from my old phone to my new phone I had just bought (just to make sure I did it right and everything was there). Not only was the service fast and amazing, but the way he would explain what happened and go out of his way to help me even though all he had to do was fix my battery shows how kind he is!! I am so happy I went to Oops Mobile!!!

Went here for a glass repair on a Samsung S23 Ultra. Called for quote and had immediate availability to repair my phone. Dropped my phone off and he said, give me one hour. It took him about 55 minutes. On return of my phone he made sure I checked all functions on my phone and provided back my old screen, as it was still usable even damaged. Was great to see my part was an OEM Samsung product. For a high priced investment like your phone, makes me extremely happy to see my glass replaced with an OEM Samsung product.

This guys the best. Brought my phone with pretty bad water damage and he was able to get it back on. Unfortunately there was issues beyond repair and it would still glitch out eventually but he didnt charge me a dime or try anything sketchy. Will still go back here if i ever have any issues again. Trustworthy guy, straight shooter and knows what hes doing.
