Brought a MacBook in there originally for water damage they said no problem that they would get to it, 3 days later no update. I had college starting so I took the Macbook back none working with them stating it had water damage, I waited a week after buying a new computer for college starting soon, week later plugged it back in and it boots fine…. Id also like to add that the tech kinda just through my backplate case of the Mac together lazily cause 8/9 screws are different colors then apples OEM screws and the back case does not sit flush anymore… Which was their fault. They might be good with iPhones but stay far away if you have a Mac book they are not knowledgable and will just slam it back together to get you out the door. Now I have to order a special screw driver and OEM apple screws to fix back plate from not seating properly, I just hope he didn’t strip a screw in the process… Left them 2 stars because they were polite at least. Also if you notice on the 1 star reviews, they don’t really seem to care about bad reviews or fixing their negligence.

I called and asked how much would they charge to replace an iPhone 11 Pro Max and a 14 pro max . He told me 500 to fix the 14pro max and 120 for the 11 . I asked why is it that much I mind as well go to Apple and pay 100 to have it replaced ! He said God to Apple and hung up on me ! The level of customer service is sad , no kind of respect.

Awesome people!!! Job well done! They know what they are doing and he was able to fix my daughters I Phone 13 within 15 mins! Cost is also a huge plus!! I’ve been here at least 5 times and will always know to come back! Happy customer!!!
