I have to say that dealing with this business was a wonderful experience. I recently had them do a custom build for me. I just ordered the parts and brought them in and they put my rig together properly. It runs very smoothly. Quality job. Their professionalism showed in every correspondence I had with them. They really know their way around computers. It’s also nice to have a local shop like this in my area and not have to dread buying some off the self computer from a large box store. You never really know what you’re getting in those situations. These guys are my “go to” from now on.

Staff is very competent and welcoming. They were able to diagnose and repair the computer immediately. The shopping center itself might not be in great shape, but do not let that fool you whatsoever. The business itself is well kept and maintained.
My laptop had a broken hinge and the staff were able to fix the Dell laptop, as I said, immediately. I will always return here for any other computer repair needs.

My hard-drive – containing extremely valuable and irreplaceable data – died recently. PJ at Ozark Computer Works was able to recover all the data and place it on a new flash drive for me.
