I don’t know how to start but I’ll try to keep it like it is. I have an xbox series x with the power cable connector damage witch was not turning on. I decided to take it to ozo geeks that day witch it was Saturday I have to point out that (Saturday Sundays and Mondays I work from 3 to 10 pm) that same day I got to ozo geeks before 2 give him the console and told him what happen. I didn’t see no one there but the guy in front. He toke my info and everything he told me that day that he was going to call me letter that day for and estimate and he was calling me for sure on Monday. Great! So I went home and juts forgot about it wen I got home I sleep I woke up at 8 and I was looking at my phone and didn’t see a call from them. Great! I thought my self they my be busy that’s why didn’t call let me just live them alone and remember he said he was going to call me on Monday. Good! Monday I was working like around 7:18 pm witch I hace the call I made them! I call to see what was going on because he told me 2 time he was going to call me for and estimate witch he never did I had to call him. I told hem why he didn’t call? He started to coming up with excuses and telling me that I was bothering calling them (because I needed and estimate to know how much it was going to be) we started going back and forth and he told me hold on let me check on the pc to give you and estimate (with out opening my console) Great! He told me (120 if he didn’t have to use anything else besides what my console has and 270 if he has to order a piece) Great! I told him to start on the console because I need it and I didn’t care I was going to pay anything for it to be fixed and he started again no you have to wait you came Saturday night there lots of people in front of you bla bla bla I told him since Saturday? Can you start tomorrow I ask him he say yes but I’ll call you Friday. You don’t have to call me Friday because that won’t take you 30 minutes to open and see what’s wrong bla bla bla. Great! When I got home Monday I have this thing on my mind this seems sketchy but yeah I’ll wait until Wednesday and I’ll pass by and see. Today I got to the store and I saw him on he’s pc and there was and other worker working on something else. Great! I ask him about the status of my console and he said you have to wait I told you I’m going to call you Friday bla bla bla. I told him that’s the same words you’ve been telling me since Saturday and you never call. Did you work on the console? No we have other stuff in front of you! So I told him I came to get my console ohh you can do that. I ask him why because you haven’t even opened my console and your working on it? Lies!!! He when back like 3 times like telling the other worker start working on the console and I keep telling him I want my console he say ok you have to wait until 7 because that’s the time to retire electronic and I told him I’m not wait because you haven’t done nothing to it if you don’t I will bring the police and it will be a problem. He asked me for the paper’s and he says you own me $40 (40 for what?) Because you didn’t much my console once! When I got here I saw you on your pc and the other one doing something else I got my console and left. I went to and other place got it fix and only pay $80 out of the $120 and $270 he was trying to change… I forgot to say the off all the time I call him he was rude like he didn’t want me to call and get an update about my console. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE THE TREATMENT YOU GET IS TRASH. HOW THEY COMUNICATE WITH YOU. HOW MUCH THEY ARE CHARGING FOR THINGS THAT THEY DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH IT IS AND MORE MORE. THIS GUY’S ARE SEATING THERE KILLING TIME DOING WHO KNOWS WHAT AND PEOPLE PAYING TO GET THERE DEVICES FIX ON TIME. THE 2 TIMES I GOT THERE,THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE STORE AND TODAY HE WAS ON HES PC. SOO YEAH! DO NOT GO THERE DONT EXPEND YOUR MONEY HERE THEY ARE BETTER PLACES THAN HERE… OHH AND DONT EVEN COME HERE SAYING THAT IM CONFUSE WITH AND OTHERE STORE BECAUSE IM NOT STUPID…

Ethan and the Ozo team were attentive, professional, and quick when replacing the screen on my Google Pixel 7p hours before a morning flight. The screen replacement sadly failed due to phone complications, but Ozo worked diligently to correct the issue and get me back in action. They went beyond what I asked or paid for to make sure I was taken care of. They are excellent people and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their devices repaired.

My MacBook screen was broken so I took it to Ozo Geeks and it was a great experience!the model I have is requires a difficult repair and Ethan did a great job, in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Ethan highly experienced and cares a lot about his work and his customers. I’m so happy to have my laptop working again!!
