We just recently bought our third computer from these guys. Listen, this is one of those places your almost don’t want to review because you just want to keep it all to yourself, but they deserve the praise. Forget the big box stores, forget the chain stores, this is the place for your new computer. They’re very very good at their job and their customer service is beyond compare, you’re not going to get better service or warranty anywhere, period. They care about every machine that goes out the door, and every customer. I’m a customer for life and you should go try them too. They might not be the cheapest option, but whatever you’re paying, you’re getting your money’s worth, guaranteed, and that knowledge is priceless.

Travis removed the anti virus program that caused multiple problems. He also cleaned up the windows that were corrupt.
I went back after hooking the computer back up. Then my Monitor would not stay awake, it was the wrong resolution, so one of the other technicians showed me how to change that. I think his name was Derik, but not certain. anyway, these guys were great! PC BROKERS is the only place I would go to for any questions or repairs.

I can’t recommend this business highly enough. Many local businesses I’ve done business with are no longer around. I’m so glad these guys have survived.
