I came in to have the face replaced on my REVVL 5+G. The customer service was great. The part would be in within 2 days and it would be $100. They contacted me when the phone was done and I picked it up with no issue. Unfortunately 2 weeks later I removed my phone from my pocket and the screen completely fell out of the phone onto the concrete and chipped the corners causing a fracture in the screen. I went to a nearby phone store and purchased a new phone However with the screen missing I had no way to retrieve my unsaved contacts.When I got back in town from work I went back to this location being the screen was under warranty. The owner told me that his screens don’t fall out and that basically I was lying and that my phone was already cracked. He offered to order another screen and charge me again for the service I had already paid for. This was not a money issue whereas I had already purchased a new phone. But I do expect businesses to uphold their warranty. I own a small business and my contacts are detrimental. I will not be back nor will I refer any friends or family. Purchase at your. Own peril warranty’s are only covered whim of owner.

I made the terrible mistake of trying to complete a screen repair on my own with a $20.00 kit from the big box mail order store. Ultimately after I got the old screen off I had scratched the LCD screen twice while taking the cracked screen off and was attempting to install the new screen. I couldn’t connect the home button and gave up after several hours of work. After admitting defeat I took it to PC & Cell MD where “Super” Damian carefully explained what could go right and what could go wrong with a repair half completed. He managed my expectation to a “T” and sure enough the screen I provided ended up being defective. He gave me several options including mailing back my screen I provided. I opted to get one of his and he got me back up and running within 48 hours of my original drop off. (8 hours of which were wasted because I locked out the iPad by not disconnecting the battery during my repair attempt)

I highly recommend Damian and his team to everyone for computer and cell phone repairs. I have been to his business on 4 separate occasions, and it was only the last visit to repair my computer that I have actually spent money in his store. The first two times he told me to save my money, and get a new phone because the repairs would cost more than what the phones were worth. The third time he cleaned my husband’s charging port that I thought needed to be replaced, it has worked beautifully ever since and he didn’t charge me a dime. I was happy to finally be able to pay him for the repair of our computer today. Damian and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable, and have gained my trust. I look forward to doing business with them in the future, and feel confident when recommending them to my friends and family.
