Ion know what I expected but if you have a newer phone don’t go here go to the Apple Store i didn’t realize I payed the same price Apple charges to get my screen replaced and it’s not even the same one! None of my old “pro features” work anymore and it’s a led maybe even lcd screen not an oled bro straight up get jaunt off Amazon cuhh I wish I was lyin 237.53 for a $130 screen and a 45 min job bro got me for a hunnid smooth if you got a iphone don’t go here

Only gave 3 stars because I was quoted a price after they looked at my laptop for a virus removal & before they did the work, agreed to that price! But was charged more when I got their? When I told the lady at the front I was quoted a different price. she just said we’ll that’s what it says on the paper! Didn’t ask or even try to fix the situation just said it’s the price how will you be paying? but what do you do if you want your stuff back? I think this place definitely needs better business ethics! I fill if a price was agreed upon then that’s what it should be!
Beautiful, fast, and professional experience. Lady working the front was very sweet, and even was spending time ensuring the lobby was clean. This place got busy quickly and handles way more device issues than I imagined. From cell phones to laptops to tablets, to even email support… I was shocked as to just how many different issues came in the door. I was in and out with an iPhone14 camera lens repair in 35 minutes for a very reasonable and competitive price. I will definitely be back should the need arise.
