They made things right – Chris and Alex were amazing. So I brought my iPhone 7 in for a screen repair. Chris fixed it promptly and within 1 hour. After the pickup, I noticed small issues with the new screen and oddly enough the audio output from the lightning port stopped working. I brought it back in and Chris and Alex spent 2.5 hours attempting to fix the small issues but one thing led to another. When 5pm rolled around and I showed up to pick up the phone, they decided to gift me with a different fully functioning iPhone 7 because they did not want me running into more troubles with my seemingly problematic phone. They also very generously included a screen protector as if the phone replacement wasn’t enough. I was blown away by how honest they were. Exceptional service.

If you need your computer repaired or a new charger cord any accessories don’t go anywhere else. My charger cord broke on my laptop. They had it. My friend had a problem with the DVD player and they fixed it. The prices are amazing, the work done in a timely fashion and the people who help you are very knowledgeable and will do whatever they can get your computer repaired and up and running. They also do a great job of cleaning cell phones. They never push anything on you and will also give some tips on what to do. Granted, East Granby might be a bit further away than might want to go but believe me it’s more than worth it!!

Everyone here is so helpful! I recently started a company down the road, and they helped me with all my tech needs. I had a problem with a Mac I bought (my own fault) and we all thought the files would be erased, but they’re all still there and it works like a charm. Would definitely recommend going here for a refurbished computer; they all work like they’re brand new. Great customer service every time I go.
