Came in because I was frustrated troubleshooting the issues I had with my new PC build. Was a huge mess with stuff scattered everywhere, and the technician there immediately tried to get me to pay $50 for diagnosis even though they have a sign outside that says they’ll do that for free. On top of that he asked very simple questions about the state of the computer that left me thinking I know more about computer repair than him. When I told him one of my problems was that I needed to get secure boot working for Windows Hello, he pestered me with questions asking what Windows Hello was and if it was an OS (it’s not). After I explained to him what it was, he said the only way to fix it was to reinstall Windows. (When I finally found a way to fix it myself, it took the built-in Windows tool about ten seconds). If you don’t know anyone who can help you, I would still go to Geek Squad over this place. At least there they have some standard of cleanliness.

Edit: In regards to the owner’s response, you can tell that instead of trying to make good or reconcile the tech’s behavior, he’s blaming me saying I brought in “trash” that I “messed up severely” and that it would take him “8 hours” to fix. Even though I straight up said in my review the issue that he didn’t know anything about, took me about 10 seconds to fix once I knew what exactly to Google. I understand if your ego doesn’t let you accept that a mistake was made with regards to a potential customer, but to throw a fit because you don’t know what you’re talking about is not acceptable.

In the last 5 years I have brought in 3 computers to have serviced or repaired.
We keep coming back because I am just amazed at how fast I get an answer, how fast I get results, and how reasonable I feel the prices are.
This month we purchased a custom gaming computer that PC Expert built for us. WHAT AN AMAZING PRICE FOR THIS GAMING MACHINE!
And it was finished not only on time, but early.
One of the computers I brought in a few years ago really was beyond repair and PC expert was able to sell me an upgraded amazingly upgraded refurbished computer for far less than it would’ve cost for me to repair the computer that I brought into them.
I have referred more friends to bring their computer here and I will continue to tell anyone who listens that this is the best computer repair place around
I also like how clearly the needed repairs are explain to me. I am not a computer expert I am just a computer user and having things explain to me simply and clearly is so valuable to me

I had dropped my computer a while ago and my computer started taking longer and longer to boot up. One day it finally forced me to do this update and it got stuck in the operating mode. I was devastated.

I started to Goggle computer repairman and found PC Expert. I called him and he told me to bring it in after work. I got off late but he waited on me. He explained to me what was wrong with it and made a few suggestions as to what would best. I trusted his advice and my computer is up and running just like new less than 24 hours later.

He even brought my computer to me because I had to work and couldn’t get to the store before he closed. He texted me and did a follow up the next few days about my computer. I highly recommend PC Expert to anyone because he will give you quality work and excellent customer service.
