Managed to save my 9 year old HP HDX 15lb monster laptop.
With thousands of pictures from years past and travels abroad, programs worth tens of thousands, and the nostalgia of being my first laptop, saving it was of the utmost importance. Bob can fix just about anything, PC/Mac, physical damage, virus. You can’t beat his prices. Very knowledgable, always willing to help or answer questions, realistic expectations with better than average results, all details my experience.

5 stars all the way!! My computer was running slower and slower and finally just froze. Couldn’t reformat the hard drive as I could not get into the BIOS for some unknown reason. So took it here and he fixed it the same day. Actually, got it running faster than factory new!! Also is a great guy to talk to if you are in the market to buy a new computer, he knows which computers have problems and actually found me a great laptop at a big box store that SAVED me over $600!! Couldn’t believe the deal I got.
Bob is an outstanding technician. He takes the time to explain what he will do and what he has done to your computer. He is genuinely concerned that you will pay too much for parts so he sends you to whoever has the lowest price. He is very fair on his labor prices. I am always happy after working with him.
