I brought a desktop computer to PC-Fix to get a part replaced. Brought it in first thing in the morning because I wanted to see if I could get it back the same day. I was so pleasantly surprised that they called me and told me they couldnt get it done that day and they were backed up but called another place to ensure I could get it back the same day. Any business that is willing to give up business to a competitor just to meet a customer request tells me they are very trustworthy and definitely worthy of my business. I am very appreciative and definitely will be bringing more business here.

Just thinking about the FAST service, can you even imagine going to B.Buy and leaving with your computer in hand without having to wait at least an hour? hummmmm.
