I’m not one to leave reviews but my experience today is definitely worthy of one. A good selection of computers, laptops, screens, accessories, and parts whether you are looking for something new or old. It was well worth the hour drive from Rochester to get an older laptop in almost perfect condition at a low and reasonable price with a few accessories thrown in. Staff was VERY nice and welcoming with a good-hearted atmosphere that was immediately apparent upon entering the store. Jeff the owner was very patient and understanding as I spent a little over a half hour looking over some laptops after he let me in the back to look at them. I had a nice conversation with Jeff about various technology after the sale while waiting for a ride and he seemed to be very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Looking forward to possibly returning periodically if I need anything else. One of the the best computer resale/repair shops in Southeastern Michigan as far as I can tell. HIGHLY recommended!

Had a great experience upgrading my computer here. My Desktop is about 10 years old and I have had some of the components replaced over the years. PC gladiator was able to identify the parts that needed to be upgraded, gave me multiple price options all within my price range and explained the difference in each option. They we able to order parts, and replace everything within 24 hours. They were fast effective and a good price, will definitely return for future computer needs.

Highly Recommend!! Had originally bought a PC from a big box store, and it turned out to be a dud. Returned that PC and custom built one. Jeff at PC Gladiator helped with suggestions and once I dropped off the PC parts, they had it built the next day. It was an absolutely fantastic and smooth experience, and never once did they try to up sell me anything. Jeff is a good guy who gives a good & honest opinion on what you are there for, and I’m glad I trusted them to build PC.
