My Dell laptop was dying while plugged in. I contacted Mr. Phillips, on a Friday, described the problem, he gave me an initial estimate for the diagnostics and repair cost. I took the computer to him that afternoon. The following Monday afternoon, he notified me of the results of the diagnostics, the source of the problem, that my computer was repaired and ready for pick up. He also said that the final cost was less than the estimate given.

Since the repair, my computer has been in daily use and has not replicated the problem it was having. I am extremely pleased with the timeliness, cost of the repair, as well as the customer service.

I cannot be more satisfied.
