Charley is extremely professional and proficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my laptop running Window 11 Pro. Charley made the appropriate fixes and had my laptop back to me the next day. An added bonus was that Charley was able to clone all of my files, programs and most of my personalized settings and re-install them on my laptop, so I had very little “tweaking” to do once my laptop was returned to me.
