Extremely happy with the service here and will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer. They got the following done for under $150 and in under 24 hours;

1. Got a badly stripped screw out of my laptop’s back panel with no difficulty after I had (to my eyes) tried everything.

2. Diagnosed my PC which wasn’t detecting my boot drive– not sure on the cause, but they said it randomly decided to work for them in their test machine. They saw a firmware update was available and applied it, and it’s been booting consistently for a day now.

3. Cleaned my laptop’s fans/vents, and repasted my CPU.

Both people I spoke with were also incredibly friendly, were really patient with me when I called multiple times with questions, explained everything to me along the way, and were super transparent about everything.

I have visited this store a couple of times. I have NEVER so far, in the ENTIRETY of Virginia, found a computer service store which does such a perfect job every time for a great low price!

Prior to my first visit, I went to Microcenter and they charged me 40 dollars just to diagnose my pc issues. They then proceeded to ask another 140 dollars to fix it. I paid the money and waited a whole week just for them to turn around and tell me they didn’t know how to fix it.

I then took my computer here, as I was a VT student at the time, and they diagnosed my pc for free AND fixed it in literally 1 hour for 40 bucks! (Note, non-VT students also can enjoy this low price)

Incredible service and hospitality by the staff and owner here, and honestly great work!

The entire experience was amazing! My laptop battery came in just in a few days. I brought my laptop in and they changed it out in under 10 minutes! So glad I didn’t have to leave my laptop while waiting on the battery to arrive. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. I can’t brag on them enough.
