I want to thank Christian Ferrer for his kindness and professionalism. I called PC Plug Hawaii after being told by Geek Squad on Alakawa St in Honolulu that to replace the battery (that I purchased from Battery Bill) in my laptop would take 7 days. Christian had it replaced in less than an hour. He stopped what he had been working on and serviced my computer in a courteous way. I was so relieved as I am leaving the islands in 5 days and needed my laptop to be functional before leaving. I was having issues with my pc but didn’t know what it could be. Eric was able to find the issue! Their diagnosis process was very thorough, making sure they’re confident on what’s the problem. Throughout my experience, Eric happily answered any questions I had, gave advice even explained how the components work together, giving me a better understanding of pcs. I picked up the replacement part from Best Buy and brought it back to the shop where he quickly installed it for me. He was very kind and very professional.
