I brought in HP laptop that was completely dead. They tried everything possible, including getting a guy to work on it remotely from Kuwait! In the end, nothing could be done for that laptop, but they tried everything they possibly could, so I came back to do business with them again. The second time, I brought in my backup laptop to see if they could speed it up, and they upgraded the hard drive to an SSD and my RAM. Now it runs like a dream!
