My work laptop was experiencing issues. I tried resolving the issues myself over the internet but was unsuccessful. I researched computer repair and discovered Steven. I called Steven and he tried to help me fix the issues over the phone. We were unable to fix the issues over the phone and Steven asked me to bring my laptop to his office. From the time of our original phone call to the time my laptop was fixed was less than two and a half hours. Not only was Steven extremely professional and knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly honest, helpful and trustworthy! Steven was outstanding in communicating what the issues with my laptop were, what he was doing to fix them and how he thought the issues originated! I cannot recommend Steven enough! If you are ever experiencing any issues with your laptop, Steven should be your first and only call! I will be a continued customer of Steven’s going forward!!

Very professional and affordable. There was no diagnostic cost upfront and he determined computer was fixable. I was about to buy a new PC but thankfully found Steven, as I wasn’t quite ready for the investment and time in a new computer just yet. He was willing to take time on some extra work due to excess files (I am a graphic artist) and left extra money optional but I was happy to pay for the work. He reviewed all of the information and gave an overview of what was done and where to locate the back up files. All of my files are saved and computer is running much better. In addition he cleaned a dusty part of the PC and offered 30 days to return if any issues arise after paying for the service. Great work and will recommend.

My experience with PC Steven was great. I was referred by a friend who also had a good experience with Steven. I had multiple issues needing professional attention on my laptop. My friend gave me Steven’s name on Monday. I called Monday night. Steven was very attentive on the phone, and brief, proving his knowledge and skill right off the bat. I dropped my computer off to get repaired on Tuesday afternoon and I was called by Steven to pick up my repaired laptop early Wednesday morning. The entire process was expedient, pleasant and complete. Steven even went above and beyond what I had asked him to do at no extra charge. I am very pleased and will definitely be using his services again for any of my computer repair needs.
