Super impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism shown by Vlad. I texted them details of my broken screen. He texted back within 4 minutes. Their price was 30% of the price I expected. I called, and he confirmed he had time to do it (30 min from closing). I drove right over and the whole process took ~ 10 minutes! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I’ve had glass-backs replaced on two phones and, more recently, a back camera. Service is fast, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. This is definitely the go-to place in Portland to get your iPhone fixed. Way better than the shops that say they do service but have been bought out by national chains and only do a few, specific repairs.
Came in with an iPhone with a broken charging port, left 30 minutes later with a phone as good as new. Super simple, and reasonably priced for how short of a trip it was for just walking in! 100% coming back here again for any of my phone troubles
