He seems to be very professional at first, I took 2 laptops to be checked and first he charged me 100 to check and fix one of them he mentioned will be ready soon I waited for 2 hours at his place he was unable to fix it and told me will be ready next day after a week he still can’t fix it and told me he changed some parts and charged me 300 dollars more plus 150 for the 2nd laptop, he texted me saying laptops were ready and working and went out to pick it up but when i turn on to start working any of them was working everything was on the same way I called him to ask to recheck it he was upset and didn’t wanna recheck it, also HE NEVER REFUNDED ALL THE MONEY HE CHARGED TO “FIX” THE LAPTOPS as he mentioned in his reply he charged me 500 dollars and just sent back 200.

Peguy made an impromptu house call to help me repair and issue I had where I mistakenly put two SSD drives (4 prong and 5 prong) in the wrong slots in an attempt to clone and use the faster drive. In the process I deleted my bios and windows operating system. The PC wouldn’t boot. I called Peguy and he came through and solved my problem in no-time. He reinstalled my Bios and my Windows 11. I am very impressed with his knowledge and his work. If I need anything tech, I will call him, I’m not calling Best Buy again. No more waiting days for a job that takes and hour or two. 5 stars!

Such a kind man walked me through everything he was doing step by step offered me a place to sit and was willing to see me on such short notice. I called 10 other places today and only one of them answered but refused to fix desktops. When I paid him he made sure I still had money to feed myself despite having less than what the service should have cost I am never going to use another IT guy again after meeting him cannot recommend enough. Took him absolutely no time at all to figure out the problem and solve it.
