My 7 year laptop died and I took it to Best Buy. They charged me $80 for a data transfer off the old hard drive to new lap top and insisted I couldn’t salvage Office software from dead laptop. So, I spent $129 for Office. The next day, Best Buy informs me that the data transfer is not possible unless I’m willing to spend $400-$500. I got a refund for the $80 and told them I’d think about it. I took my laptop to Dave at Peoria IT and in two hours he was able to transfer the data for only $45!!! On top of that, he was able to salvage the old Office software! I am glad I didn’t activate the new software, and was able to get a refund. I certainly give Peoria IT my highest recommendation!

Just went there to do a simple diagnostic testing. Within 5 minutes he figured out what was wrong and accidentally even fixed the issue! No extra charge at all! I was even given a free DVI cable! The price over the phone was the exact price I paid at the store. Can’t stress enough how hard it is to come across a legitimate computer services store that isn’t trying to get as much money out of each customer that walks in. This place has restored my faith in local computer repair shops. Every question I asked was answered with very knowledgeable, and experienced answers. Thanks again!

Genuinely the kindest IT support team that I’ve ever met! My laptop stopped working suddenly (out of warranty) so I took it to Peoria IT. They let me watch them diagnose the issue and explained everything they were doing as they went. I told them I was interested in trying to fix the laptop myself, and they gave me tools and taught me how to do it. They didn’t even charge me for the consult and tools that they gave me.
