Two of my keyboard keys – ones that are necessary – stopped working. I didn’t know what to do. I took the computer into PCS&S and they performed a diagnostic and determined I would need a new keyboard. It is cheaper to replace a keyboard than a whole computer.

What impressed me was how professional they were. All pricing was discussed up front. They were very friendly and welcoming, and always discussed what they would do and how long it would take. I was able to drop my computer off in the morning and they finished work by the afternoon. They have a strict confidentiality code, which is important when working with sensitive material. They also validate parking, so you don’t need to walk far.

My new keyboard works perfectly now.

Overall, I’m thrilled with the service and workmanship of PCS&S. If I have any computer issues, PCS&S would be my FIRST STOP to try to solve issues!

They brought my laptop back to life in the most professional and user friendly way possible. I know, I know, don’t place beverages near your puter. I dropped tea into mine. They put my original hard drive into the chassis of the same model laptop to save me the stress of learning a new computer with tax prep deadlines looming. I still have the old one in case I ever need to scavenge keys or components, without extra cost or searching. Worth it 100x.

The battery on my HP Pavillion laptop stopped charging, so I brought it in to have the it replaced. Scott diagnosed it and also suggested that I upgrade to an SSD drive vs the original hard drive. They replaced, copied and tested both and when I picked up the computer, it was running faster than I ever remember. Highly recommend this shop when you need computer repairs!
