The reviews here are bogus. These guys were to fix a simple power switch. Instead they allegedly found other issues and after job was done, computer crashed . I returned and they came back with silly reasons for my issues. In the end computer crashed again and when I brought it somewhere else I was told they did not restore the operating system or clean the computer correctly making an amature mistake. Had to get a new unit after I lost faith in their ability. Similar reports from my neighbors so the great reviews are suspect. Check out their response! They denied doing what they did!!
My son brought in his computer and the staff was friendly and professional. They were honest and worked hard to get his computer up and running. In the end we purchased a computer that would meet his needs for college. Price was perfect. We will definitely be back for any future computer problems. Thank you so much for your help.
These guys are great and super nice! The price (though reasonable) after the free diagnostics, I was comfortable with working on it myself. Jon even took the time to answer questions about a new PC I just purchased (not from them) I will be back but hopefully I won’t need to!
