I wouldn’t recommend this to place anyone. I brought my Samsung S23 Ultra for a screen replacement, which was working fine and the tech saw it working. After he replaces screen phone begins to glitch, lock button doesn’t work. Tech lies thru his teeth that the phone was already like that and when I tried to ask the owner what he was going to do about it, he tells me over the phone that I was just there to steal his money? While I’m left still paying $700 owed to tmobile and have to buy another after this incident. Worst customer service, and have no intention to right their wrongs but instead make you feel like a criminal for walking in their store. This business deserves to be shut down.
This place is awesome. My sister and neice told me this was the best place to get my screen fixed and the best price. I came in he said 10min I’m sure it was done in less than that. I left and came back in 10min amd he was waiting on me. I still was surprised. Run don’t walk her and get you tech needs fixed
