Anthony is absolutely wonderful. I called to have a battery replaced but found a cheaper option at another local place. I called him, as a courtesy, to say I was going somewhere else that was a little less expensive. He informed me, they will price match as long as they can verify it. Not only did he price match, he gave me a better deal and it was done in 20 minutes. I thought I was having an issue with my new battery. He took the time to troubleshoot and was very caring and helpful. I think the issue is resolved, but he asked that I call him back if it wasn’t. Good customer service is hard to find, but he went above and beyond. I will recommend him to anyone who has phone issues. He has the most caring demeanor of anyone I’ve dealt with in years. I highly recommend!!! Please support the business of someone who deserves to succeed. He did not provide good customer service, he provided “top notch”, GREAT customer service.

I would not recommend this service. I brought my son’s iPhone 12 in for a screen repair, which initially cost $130. Less than a month later, the screen failed again. I returned to the store, recalling that there was a warranty, but was informed that the repair wouldn’t be covered because the screen was ‘cracked.’ Knowing the screen was not cracked but needing the phone fixed, I reluctantly agreed to another repair at a discounted rate of $80. Unfortunately, the screen failed once again shortly after. I didn’t bother returning because it was clear that the parts used were defective. Ultimately, I had to replace the phone entirely. I strongly recommend going directly to the Apple Store instead, as this experience was a complete waste of money.

I can’t say enough about the experience I received by Rob at Phone Clinic. He diagnosed my microphone issue promptly and since the part to fix my phone was on location I was able to wait at the store while he made the repair. This far exceeded my expectation and the cost to repair my phone was less than expected. My phone is several years old and it looks and operates like it is new. I definitely recommend Phone Clinic located in Meijer at Auburn and Rochester Road in Rochester Hills. Thanks Rob!
