This is an HONEST review from a REAL customer. This establishment really lives up to its name! (Express) as soon as I entered I was greeted and asked if I needed help (first impressions are a MUST!) I asked for Ramiero and right away said that’s me how can I assist you today? I told him that my boyfriend had called him earlier about my iPhone 7 Plus being broken and he knew right away what I was talking about. He said you can drop your phone off with me or you’re more than welcomed to wait here. I dropped off my phone with him. My phone was completely black you couldn’t see Anything on the screen I didn’t have hope for it and I thought he was going to tell me it was a lost cause. Within 20-30 mins he texted me and told me it was ready. I was really surprised when I got there it was charging and we waited for a bit. He knew how to keep the conversation going super outgoing guy really down to earth dude also a big plus for customer service. I saw my phone light up with no damaged screen! It was such a sight to see. He cleaned my phone, took one last look around it put the screen protector on it and handed me my phone. I am soooo please with this business and I definitely recommend them 100% I was charged 48.00 but I told him to keep the 50.00. Great service, great communication skills, awesome job, very very pleased! Definitely take your business here! You won’t regret it! Thanks again Ramiero!

Had my phone screen replaced by a professional, courteous, quick service and knowledgeable technician. The price was affordable and I am extremely happy with the quality of the screen and service provided. I highly recommend their service !!!!!
