I had an iPhone 14Plus with a badly cracked screen, brought it in for a replacement. Reasonably priced (more than reasonable, really) and the work was done in about half an hour.

A few days later, the phone started having pretty bad “ghost tapping,” it would open apps, type things, etc on its own. I was a little crestfallen, I’ve used this shop before and never had any issues. I’ve got pretty bad social anxiety, and the whole idea of going back in and explaining the problem made me really nervous, those of you with anxiety will know exactly what I mean. Either way, I headed back in this afternoon, phone and receipt in hand.

I was so absolutely pleasantly surprised by the customer service and kindness I was shown just now. I brought the phone back in, and the man at the counter remembered me from my last visit nearly 2 weeks ago (I’m so sorry, I didn’t catch your name!) looked the phone over, apologized for the problem, and had the screen replaced in less than 15 minutes. No fuss, no thousands of questions, just honest guys who stand by their work. I’ll recommend this repair shop to anyone who needs any sort of phone repair in the future!

Very fast, very helpful, very affordable!

My phone (Samsung A14) had some water damage in the bottom, near the jacks and speakers. It had some black lines on the screen and was behaving like I was touching the screen when I wasn’t. When I called for a price estimate, the clerk was very helpful and quick. The price was estimated at $99 because they had the screen already in stock! They did warn me that I needed to bring the phone in sooner, rather than later, because the moisture could cause more damage. Sure enough, over the course of an hour or two, two more lines showed up, as well as worsening screen touches. I could barely use the phone at that point. So, I walked in and the clerk was fast (but not rushing) to get my information and test my phone. In half an hour (30 minutes), they had my phone repaired and ready to pick up!
It was super convenient to drop it off around lunch time because I was able to grab a bite of food right next door to kill that time.
I felt like my time and money was valued. I’m extremely satisfied with my visit, and highly recommend this repair shop!
