I have never given any business a bad review but today I am giving phone hub on mineral spring ave a bad one … I brought my phone to get the screen fixed and once they so called fixed it, within less than a month I have been having issues with the typing can’t press certain letters on the screen and they guarantee that if the screen doesn’t work after they fix it you could bring it back so I did and they look for every excuse not to fix it. They said if the screen is not cracked, broken or any water damage they will guarantee it, that was certainly not the case. My screen was not cracked broken, and no water damage to it and they still refused they just want me to pay again… mind you it’s not the first time this has happened twice already with different phones but I never decided to write a review but never again will they get my support as a customer. Be careful!

This place was amazing with super fast service from a good guy named David had me in an out, my phone charge port was not working so I called an talked to Dave he said just bring it in an he’ll check it, he said it just needed a good cleaning, great exelllent experience an great service, I will definitely use them again, thank you again David I appreciate it
